mthisy wife house was raided and we was chargeed with 220.03 she has nothing to do with this what can we do

As the owners of a home there may be a presumption under law that there is knowledge of any wrong doing within the premises. Tht being said you may have several potential defenses, which you should both discuss with a competent attorney.
