If murder is suspected while individual is on life when life support is turned off and individual pass away can suspect then be charged with murder

Yes. If the injuries ultimately resulted in the victim's death, murder charges can be filed. In a 2005 New York case, Ralph Alini was charged with murder after a man he shot 31 years earlier died from an infection the city�s medical examiner said stemmed from injuries sustained in the shooting.
