It is hard to predict, however due to the modification of the Rockafeller Drug Law it is no longer life. With an experienced criminal defense attorney, there is now much more leeway. Don't be penny wise pound foolish, hire a good attorney. To save several thousand dollars but not get the best possible outcome is not very smart.
