''Neighbor Harrassing me''
I rented to my daughters father and my son also lived with him for awhile. My daughter is dating the neighbor across the street and he is friends with my son. Now my daughters boyrfriend, my son and his other friend are harrassing me. They are intentionally driving their vehicles across my front lawn, yelling f you to me standing in their driveway and playing music from their vehicles.They have even tried comming on my porch and i told them they are not allowed on my property.They are throwing soda, full cans on my driveway and taunting me by walking up the sidewalk looking at the house. My son had paintballed my house back in June from that same location, and it was reported. Is there anything i can do to stop them? I have cancer and just had major surgery. I am willing to file charges againt them. Could you please tell me if i can file harrassment charges or get a stay away order??

Sorry to hear about your situation. You can file charges with the police department and petition Family Court for a order of protection.
