Neighbors Having Sex in front of window

I am very concerned for what my child may be seeing!! PLEASE HELP! I own a home which i live on the second floor. The houses are very close by and its very hard to walk through my kitchen and not see whats going on next door. The problem is that the man next door has a prostitute living with him and they are having sex right in front of the window where my daughter can see them. I have let his landlord know to tell him to close his shade and that i am offended that my child may see what they are doing. Nothing has been done and i dont feel that i should have to keep my shades closed all the time. What can i do, this is DISGUSTING!!!!!

You may have no choice but to report him to police. If they are acting indecent within their own home, they may still be charged if they can be seen from a public place.

Section 245.00 of the NYS Penal law states:

"� 245.00 Public lewdness.

A person is guilty of public lewdness when he intentionally exposes

the private or intimate parts of his body in a lewd manner or commits

any other lewd act (a) in a public place, or (b) in private premises

under circumstances in which he may readily be observed from either a

public place or from other private premises, and with intent that he be

so observed.

Public lewdness is a class B misdemeanor."

Hence they face a Fine, probation and up to 90 days in jail.

If it happens again, call a cop.
