Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
my nephews father has been convicted of a crime he didnt commit. he was sentenced to 25 to life. when he has appealed his case, the da has admitted to losing his evidence. how can he prove his innocents? the da has put it in writting about him losing the evidence.
