This is not 100%, but you can make a motion on notice to the court of conviction.

You must show that it is "in the interest of the community" that the probation is terminated early.

I've done this before. There is a motion you can make for early termination from probation. Its very fact specific. Feel free to contact me.

There is generally a minimum that at little over half the probation sentence be served.

in order to do so you would have to hire an attorney to file a motion and get the case back onto the calendar of the court where you were sentenced. Probation would be given several weeks in order to conduct an interview, and make a recomendation... if all goes well when you're back in COurt probation will recommend you be relesed early... otherwise you have to have hearing ot argue your position.
