obstruction
i was arrested and charged with obstructing government administration. is this a felony also can the charges be dismissed

The charge is not a felony, its a class A misdemeanor. Its a charge that the police use when they have nothing else to arrest someone for. Usually its used in cases where the police claim someone got in their way.
