what are the odds

I previously asked the question about the petit larceny charges and attempted burg in the second I have been on probation for four and a half years what are the odds I will be violated can you give me any idea i am scared i will go to jail i have never been violated before. Please help .

I am on the level four probation where I just mail in a paper once a month what are the odds. HELPPPPPP

If you are on probation and vilate the law, you can be violated. The result would be up to your probation officer and the court; you would have the right to counsel to represent you. the best way not to be violated is to comply with the terms of your probation and not get arrested for anything.

I responded to your message once before, and am responding once again. You can be violated for the arrest and as a result you can be sentenced to prison, it is important to have an attorney speak to probation and appear for you at your next court date.
