Oder Of Protection
I have a friend who was picked up on a warrent for stalking.. He had previously violated and order of protection against her and bonded out wtih 250$, he was charged in one court and there were charges pending in another court, now hes in jail with a 5000$ bail for one court and a 2500$ bail for another There is a priliminary hearing on friday and i was wondering if you could give me a little in sight on what he could be facing, the charged are criminal contempt- felony and stalking and harassment its the 3rd offense i belive.

If a preliminary hearing is scheduled, I'd like to know the reason this case wasn't presented to a grand jury. Still, I would predict the case will never proceed to prelim hearing.
How long has your friend been held in jail and which jail?
