OMG I JUST READ WHAT THIS WEBSITE STATES A CLASS B FELONY Is Punishable for. I wonder in What state or country are you getting 25 years for a class B felony sale. I was sentenced to 3years for a first time offender on a class b felony. somebody gotta get there facts straight cause 25years in New York its not happening.

The fact that you received a very favorable sentence is in you favor but the facts are that under the New York State Penal code an A-1 felony is a capitol crime and brings either 25 to life or life without parole, A-2 is 25 to life, B-felony is up to 25 years, C-Felony is up to 15 years, D-Felony is 3.5 to 7 years and E-Felony is 1.3 to 3 years.
