Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York

i have an open possesion case and my girl friend is on 5 year felony probation.my question is are we allowed to associate with each other without her getting violated?

Well, if you have a clean record other than the open case there should be no reason why not. If you get convicted, however, that might be a different story.
