order of protection
how do you file a order of protection on a person who has threaten you and your kids?

Re: order of protection
IF it was a former lover or spouse, go to the family court. If it is a random person not related to you, go to the police right away. If they refuse to act see an attorney sue for harassment and then seek the temporary order of protection there.
