order of protection.
can someone go before a judge and lie to get a order of protection because she doesn't like you even do you never had any problem with that person.

Re: order of protection.
Generally speaking, the answer is no. For most matters, there has to be a case before the judge for which an order of protection is granted. This can be a violation (harassment) up to a felony (assault 1st degree). However, not liking a person would not rise to the level of even a violation - unless, the dislike was prompted by an actionable encounter (for example: threats).
