i want a order of protection lifted cause i never wanted it i want my son to see his dad
I tried the DA they wont help me i also tried the judge he hung up on me i want this taken care of tonight can u please help me

Just because you have an order of protection, it doesn't mean that your son cannot see his dad if the order does not apply to his son. In addition, if you are referring to a criminal court Order of Protection, you could have that amended to state that it is "subject to modification by Family Court orders," and then dad could go to family court and get a visitation order permitting him to have access to the child provided that he doesn't harass you.
