Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York

Order of protection

I received a criminal order of protection against an exgirlfriend. Arret was for assault plea barrgin to harrashment 2nd. She has continually writing to friends and family revealing intimate and confidential information. Recently she created a web page discussing a certian legal issue. She sued me in civil court for ''services'' performed. The judge mediated the case and determined that some money should be paid. As the judge put it ''its worth any price'' to pay people to go away. This web-site has become a forum for her to spew every aspect of our relationship and not related to her small claims suit. The site has a photo copy of my business check with complete information. Is this a violation of the Order of proctection. or some other violation of law.

Re: Order of protection

You can extend the order of protection to encompass your family and any indirect communication she may try to have with you.

Your best bet would be to make an appointment to discuss this matter further.
