order of protection

My son has been aressted for breaking a order of protection with his ex.My question is...his ex's mother works for the DA that is prosecuting. Is this a conflict?The lawyer he has is not doing much.What can we do?

While it is not a conflict it should certainly be considered by the attorney because your son should not be treated differently just because his ex's mother works for the DA.

If your son is not satisfied with his attorney, he has the right to change attorneys any time. If you are able, you should interview as many attorneys as possible so that you can find the one you are most comfortable with and who will be responsive to you.

No, that is no conflict... As in essence both are against your son.

You have a right to change your attorney at any time by hiring a new

One. If you can not afford to do so and need a new legal aid most

Judges will not allow you to make such a change.
