Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
my ex owed monthly bills for his children per our divorce agreement and I have transferred the funds from his account(which he never took my name off of) to my account... he says its stealing. Is it?

If the account was only titled to him (and he did not have you as a signatory on the account), then you did not have the right to transfer funds from the account. However, if the account was jointly titled to you and him, then what you did was fine.
