Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
Both my parents passed away w/ no will. They owned a camper free and clear titled to my father. My brother's sd the camper and pocketed the money. I am not sure if theyforges the title or not. Is there any legal action I can take. There is no eatate or anything set up at this time. Thank you.

This is more of a civil law question than criminal law. If there is no will, the assets, if any, will be divided among the surviving legal heirs. There may be something that could be done in civil court.
