Parole Early Termination Letter
My brother, who is on Parole through inter-state compact from NY to Florida, has to write a letter for early termination of parole. He has been on parole since 1998 (NY) and in 2002 moved to Florida. What information is needed on this letter to be considered for early termination of parole? He is 44 y.o and has been doing really well. Stayin away from trouble or negative influences. He works 71hrs a wk. to make ends meet. Goes to church and is always with the family. He was convicted of Attm sale of contrl. subst.3rd degree in 1995 and released in 1998. His parole ends on Jan. 12, 2007.

Re: Parole Early Termination Letter
This is a NY law issue because it is a Ny parole board. I would not write just a letter but have multiple letters decribing his accomplishments and reputation. I would have proof of employment, character statements from friends and family, letters from substance abuse classes or AA members, any community service etc. Good luck.
