Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York

Parole

my fiance is in Buffalo NY.she is out on parole, but they got her in a safe house, she gets out to go to school and she must comeback by 10pm i think. how can she move with me so we can get marry and live together? i dont think her parole officer likes her too much so she kind of giving us hard time. I live in Poughkeepsie NY, can we do something?
