Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
parole
My husband is in on a parole violation & is suppose to go home in a week. He was told yesterday
that has urnine was dirty yesterday. Will this affect him from leaving on Tuesday, can they hold him & for how long. He's never had a ticket while doing this bid.
