Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York

parole

to make a long story short im on parole for dwi and vehicular assualt. i cant have a liscense witch is fine. i understand that. but does parole hold the power to let me not own a boat. in nys you donbt need a liscense to operate one. are they overstepping there power to rufuse that reques. i have been on parole for 14 months with zero problems, i hold a great job and am no trouble now what so ever. please let me know if they are allowed to control every aspect of my life. i understand i commited a crime but i did my time in prison, didnt get in any trouble and have alot of things going for me. i would just like to enjoy my life. i have 20 months remaining on parole and would just like to have a boat to go fish
