Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
If someone is on parole,and gets a new charge of a drug possession ..What is the most time that person can get,its the first parole violation .can they get drug court and go to a rehab?

For a first violation you can be sent back for the balance of your sentence. Yes you can get drug court.
