Criminal Contempt in the 2nd Degree, a class a Misdemeanor.
Basically, it means that an 'official person' or, more likely, a police officer is very angry with you. This type of thing is usually charged as the violation, 'disorderly conduct'.
If 210.50 is the charge, your attorney should be able to help you avoid a criminal record.
