New York's Penal Law has no 160.50 provision. Section 160 relates to the crime of Robbery but only goes up to Robbery in the first degree pursuant to section 160.15.
However, Criminal Procedure Law Section 160.50 relates to the sealing of a record based upon a disposition favorable to the defendant.
