Penalties for Manslaughter
I am writing a Law and Order Spec script and I would like to know the penalties in NY for fraud, conspiracy to commit fraud, and manslaughter in the first degree?

Man 1 carries 8-25 and is a class B Felony.
The other charges are degrees as in Fraud 1. or Fraud 2 The various fraud statutes have varing penalties and could be important to the accuracy of your script.
