if your being charged for criminal possesseion of cocaine and marijuana how much time if any would you do

Depends on the quantities. Marijuana carries with it a penalty from dismissal to 15 years depending on the level of the case.
Cocaine carries with it from a conditional discharge to life imprisonment. You need to provide a lot more information for us to give you better more accurate answers.
