A class C felony can bring a penalty of 7.5 to 15 years in prison, 5 years probation and fines and other financial penalties.
It is a class C felony and Mr. Salinger is correct. As such if you have been charged as such, it would be highly recommended to have an experienced lawyer with you defending you and preserving your rights in court. It would also greatly increase the chance of lowering the charges. We have substantial experience handling these types of cases and reasonable fees, however, we would need some more information before making a complete and proper determination.
