Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York

Can a person be charge with pl 155.30 on four counts and pt.165.45 three counts,pl155.25 and pl165.40 if the owner of the belongs recieve there property back the same day when the def. was arrest.

yes, as there would be no proof of the verbal agreement but there would be proof of the violation of the order... and it would be the persons obligation to follow that order... if this is the case i would highly suggest the individual simply make it a phone conversation, and even that id advise against...
