a persons rights

i would like to know a persons rights when it come to the police serving an arest warent on privet property whith out the warent in hhand and when the person they want to arest doesnot own the proerty and there is no tresspassing sine on the house thank you

It is very common for the police to arrest someone who lives in a rented house with a no-trespassing sign on it.

I do think that they should have a warrant in hand before making the arrest, but the proof is if there is an actual warrant for that person's arrest.
