Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
What to do with perverts?
I would like to know if there is any law against perverts who want to meet 16-17 year old children from a chat program? Some of these guys are well educated. For now we listed them on a site. People are telling me you can do nothing against them? Doesn't the US law protect children??

Penal Law Sec. 260.10, Endangering the Welfare of a Child makes it a crime to endanger a child who has not yet reached his or her 17th birthday. 16 no, 17 maybe.
