Re: petit larcency

If you were arrested and it is in court or you have a court date, this matter is out of the hands of the store manager. You must get an attorney to represent you. The district attorney will not discuss the matter with you as a pro se defendant but an attorney can take the reciept and photo to the DA and discuss getting the charges droped.

The question is have you been ARRESTED? IF SO THE COURT AND PROSECUTER WILL DEAL WITH IT. IF NOT THEN PERHAPS YOU CAN DEAL DIRECTLY WITH THE STORE MANAGER.IF YOU HAVE BEEN ARRESTED THEN I SUGGEST RETAINING A COMPETENT CRIMINAL DEFENSE ATTORNEY.I DEAL WITH THESE MATTERS ON A REGULAR BASIS.
