Petit Larceny

I've been accused to answer a charge in violation Petit Larceny.

I got a day at the court to make a deal with the judge about my sentence. I'd like to know what is the best thing to do to get a good deal with the judge, and after that what is going to happened after the deal. And once everything is all set if this is going to be in my files and if Im not gonna be able to get a new visa, because Im an international student. Can i be Deport back to my country? Do i need a attorney?
