Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York

petit larceny

i was cahrged with petit larceny over a year and a half ago, the ammount was $10.57. i shoplifted cough medicine and mascara. i've been to rehab twice, jail for two weeks, i did 80 hours of community service, and i haven't gotten in trouble sence, and on november 20th the judge could put me in jail for six months, i don't know what to do, and i need advice.

This is far too complicated to answer on the internet. I need to know where this took place?What is the status of the casenow? Did you plead guiltyor were you found guilty?What court has jurisdiction? Contact my office with that information and perhaps I can offer an opinion.
