Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
Petit Larceny
I recently was charged with Petit Larceny. After a long night of drinking, I was walking back to the house and picked some fake flowers from a street island. The police stopped me, took me to the station and gave me an Appearance Ticket. I am 26 yrs old and never had any run-ins with the law. What is likely to happen. Is a plea bargain likely? Fines? Jail?
