Re: petit larceny

The added charge is bail jumping. You mat call my office @ 7188340087 for a free phone consultation. Perhaps I could arrange a voluntary surrender and negotiate an appropriate disposition.

Re: petit larceny

The additional charge would be bail jumping. This is a new charge the prosecutor needs to add and is not automatic. It is better that you return yourself voluntarily with an attorney, because if you get brought in by the police the judge may be more inclined to set bail. Please feel free to contact my office if we can be of assistance in this matter.

Re: petit larceny

If you did not have bail set in 2005 and you were released on your own recognisance then if you voluntarily surrender you will problably not have any new charges. You will have bail set on you for failing to appear. You should have an attorney arrange for a surrender and have the matter placed on the court calendar so you can appear and clear the warrant.
