Petty Larceny

I am being charged with petty larceny. It is my first offense. I plan to plead guilty. Should I still seek a lawyer?

Re: Petty Larceny

You should NOT plead guilty. See a lawyer immediately. Most first meetings w a lawyer are free. If you do not get a lawyer, you will be doing yourself a great harm. Do NOT plead guilty. Call a lawyer now.

Re: Petty Larceny

You should always get an attorney. The ramifications of a guilty plea without advice of counsel are life altering. You will have a criminal conviction ,which will affect licensing, and both professional and social opportunities. Furthermore an attorney can help analyze whether you have possible legal defenses or plea bargaing opportunities. I would be happy to discuss the specifics with you, please contact my office @7188340087 for a consultation.
