My friend has been charged with petty larceny. This is his first offense and he is 22 years old. What are the chances that he will go to jail?

Re: petty larceny
A competent criminal defense attorney should be able to help your friend get a disposition which will not include jail time. I would like to discuss this matter with you further, please call my office@7188340087 for a free phone consultation.

Re: petty larceny
If your friend has a good attorney the chances are minimal that there will be jail time associated with this case.
