I AM 18 i have no prior record and i was
not arrested i just have an appearance
ticket. Should i plead guilty or what
should i do and what is my most likely
sentence

It doesn't matter that you were not arrested. You still must appear at court. Before you plead guilty to anything, you should talk to a lawyer.
