With an experienced attorney and a clean record as you claim, you probably have a very good chance at having the matter reduced to a minor violation or even dismissed entirely. This area of law is our specialty, however, we would need some more information before making a complete and proper determination. You are welcome to contact us for a free consultation.

A competent criminal defense attorney would be able to assist you in achieving your goals. It is possible that a plea bargain would satisfy both yourself and the prosecutor. I need more specific information in order to offer more advice. I don't believe any attorney without more info can guarantee any result. You may call my office @7188340087 for a free phone consultation. I have 25+ years experience ,including 20 as a Traffic Court Judge.

Re: Petty Larceny

You should retain a lawyer experienced in criminal law. This can be worked out so that you do not end up with a record and probably even with the records sealed. I am a former Assistant DA if you want to consider retaining me.

Re: Petty Larceny

If this is your first arrest the likelyhood of you getting a favorable disposition is quite good, hiring a good attorney will however be key as far as ensuring that your record ends so that there is no impact for anything you might be interested in pursuing in the future.
