Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
pharmacy
is it against any law to present a legitimate prescription (non contr. substance) but make believe you are the person it was written for. is presenting it or picking it up the problem. thanks.

It is always against the law to "make believe" you are someone else (false impersonation).
However, it is not against the law to drop off and pick up someone's prescription. (If they are sick they usually can not do this on their own).
