Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
I got two pink slips for "disobeying signs" and being in a park "after operations" because I was in central park after 1. I have a clean record and I guess it doesn't matter but I never knew I was in violation of any law until i got the slips. Should I fight it? What type of fees am i expected to get and will this effect my background checks with defense companies?
Sorry If i put this in the wrong category of law...
