Whats the least a person can get for this charge in jail?

I think you mean Penal Law Section 165.45 which is criminal possession of stolen property in the fourth degree, an "E" non violent felony. If it is your first offense then the least you can get is no jail and no fine. The most a first timer can get is 1.33/4.
