Pistol permits
I have a NYS Carry pistol permit stamped target.I know it is not valid in NYC . What is the penalty for carrying a pistol in NYC?

The law has just been changed and I believe if caught carrying you will face mandatory jail time. You may call my office @7188340087 for more info.
