Pl 165.40
HI, i was recently Charged for Possesion of stolen property, The reason the cought me was that i was trying to return a passport. When i got there... the Detectives did not read me my right and did not handcuff me because i was with my Daughter of 3yrs old. But i was still arrested what can i do?

Get a competent criminal defense attorney and prepare for trial. It appears you have a plausible defense if you can explain how you came into possession of the passport.
