my brother just got in jail his friend said the drug where his but he still when to jail the cops follow the frind into the house they knowmy brother was in the back yard of the house and still what do we do he has probation

TWO THINGS;
First - make sure he has a good defense for his criminal case, our office regularly handles cases such as this. It should end in a complete dismissal, if the facts are as you say they are.
