If you don't have a competent defense attorney to handle this matter, I would advise you to retain an experienced criminal defense attorney at once. If you need a referral, you may contact me via email.

There is no way you should be proceeding in this matter withoit the aid of legal counsel. If you cannot afford private counsel then at least utilize the services of a public defender or legal aid. This area of law is our specialty; however, we would need some more information before making a complete and proper determination. You are welcome to contact us for a free consultation.
