Can you plea guilty by mail
I received a summons to appear in court and was wondering what the NY State law is to plea guilty by mail.

You can plead guilty by mail to traffic infractions. Are you aware of all the consequences of pleading guilty? If it is a traffic infraction there can be consequences beyond a simple fine, e.g. points on your license, higher insurance premiums.
