Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York

you plead guilty to disorderly conduct but your original charges were felony computer crimes. you recieve community service and 1yr conditional discharge. your case is marked sealed after conviction. So if you apply for a job and you are fingerprinted shouldn't your record state you pled guilty to disorderly conduct and not reveal the original felony charges

A sealed file should not reveal anything, but these days, if any one wants to dig, the entire record comes out.
